Schools Recruitment Website
We have recently launched a new schools recruitment website for all schools to advertise jobs. You can see the new site here www.cheshirewestrecruitment.co.uk. This new site will replace the old system for advertising jobs and will provide lots of new features to support the recruitment and selection process in schools.
The most significant change that you will see is layout and format of jobs as well as more details about Cheshire West schools and the area. Some of the key features of the new system include:
- a job alert feature so that candidates can be notified of jobs as they are posted on the website
- an online application form for candidates to complete (which they can use for each application that they make)
- an applicant tracking system (ATS) so that schools can manage all applications through the recruitment process in a simple and easy way.
- short-listing and setting up interviews (either as a scheduled interview or create slots for the candidate to book themselves)
- communicate and notify candidates of updates to their application such as progressing to the next stage or rejecting candidates.
The new site is offered on a subscription basis. Those schools who subscribe to the service will be able to post as many jobs on the site as they want to throughout the year. As part of the subscription, we will be doing more promotion of school jobs, especially at key times of the year. This will also include all jobs appearing on jgp.com and indeed.co.uk. You can purchase the subscription on http://ecwip.education.
If you want to find out more about the new system, we will be holding two webinars on Thursday 10th January 2019 at 1pm and Tuesday 15th January 2019 at 11am. Please e-mail Katie Loke (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your name and e-mail address to register for a webinar. If you have any questions about the new recruitment website, please contact Rosemary Hodgson, HR Strategy Lead (email@example.com).
